Some time ago, I ventured into the world wide web seeking answers as to what it takes to start and run a successful restaurant. There was no need to look too far. Today, restaurant, cafe and and small deli owners have taken to crowd-sourcing sites such as Quora, Reddit and now Jelly, to give first hand advice on the topic. The responses have been collated into the polygon below.

Each point on the polygon represents core factors most restaurateurs consider i.e the most popular responses. The connecting lines are representative of how the various factors intertwine. I named this polygon the UCQ (Unique, Consistency and Quality) measure of a restaurant.
